The Proxes RR uses an enhanced-grip tread compound with a semi-slick tread pattern, two 4/32-inch circumferential grooves, and wear inspection holes in the slick regions. It is ready to race without shaving, and Toyo recommends heat cycling before competition to help improve wear and performance consistency.
This track-focused tire also uses reinforced sidewalls, symmetric construction, and a sidewall marking area for tire management. For safety, avoid wet roads, standing water, and near-freezing temperatures. Available fitments include enthusiast sizes such as 205/50-15, 235/40-17, 275/35-18, and 295/30-18.
