I came in to replace all of the tires on my Subaru. Joey the service advisor at the Newbury Park location is honest, accommodating, and made the experience very clear and easy. He took his time to explain 3 offers and the differences between each set of tires. I was given a great price for the tires I wanted, the service was excellent, and the staff were efficient. The company offers an affordable extended warranty on tires that covers everything and costs less than the price of one replacement tire. I highly recommend Big Brand Tires. The location in Newbury Park is great and has a newly remodeled, very comfortable waiting area for customers. If you have the pleasure to work with Joey you won’t be disappointed with the quality of customer service he provides. I will be coming back for sure.

On a busy Saturday when they had other things to do, they took the time to repair a tire and put a plug in it for me and they did it quickly so I was very grateful to them for that and I recommend people to go to big brown tires in Newbury Park. I'm certain you won't regret it.
