I visited here two times for flat tire repair. Once they repaired it, no charge. Second time I had to get new tires, tye puncture was too large. They were very professional and replaced my tires.

I ran over something on the freeway, resulting in an instant flat tire. I had my car towed to Costco because that's where I got my tire before, only to be told that they couldn't help me and recommended that I buy four brand-new tires when I still had three good ones on my car. I called Thomas at Big Brand Tire. He even took the initiative to do some research for me, given that they didn't have the exact tire, to see which one would be the best match for my EV. He called me back and agreed to squeeze me in, and even price-matched a nearby shop! I was in and out within 30 minutes. When I was having a horrible day, Thomas made me feel like somebody cared about me, which is rare for me when I'm dealing with businesses these days. Next time I will drive out of my way to Simi Valley next time, I need a tire.

Got a flat and called them since they were the close by. They looked at it and fixed for free and inspected and told my tires are good for quiet sometime. It was quick and easy.
