Big Brand really came through for us today. We had a tire suddenly blow on the freeway and thankfully managed to make it to their shop without needing a tow. I chose Big Brand because I’ve used them before and have always found them reliable, and once again they didn’t disappoint. They got us in right away, were quick, friendly, and very straightforward about what we needed. They even had the exact same tire already on my car, which was incredibly lucky. The price was fair, there was no unnecessary upselling, and they had us taken care of and back on the road quickly. I’ve had consistently great experiences with both this location and the Goleta location. When I need somewhere reliable, honest, and efficient, Big Brand is definitely my go-to.

Took me in the same morning during a stressful breakdown. $25 dollar inspection. Even though they weren't able to fix the transmission issue, taking my car here first was absolutely worth it. Employees had a calm demeanor and were genuinely helpful.

There was a bit of a leak from a tire valve causing my tire to go flat, and it was fixed without a charge. It’s hard to believe the kind of service I received for no charge at all. They put my tire back on my car after they fixed it. In this crazy world it’s a wonder to find such kind help. Thank you Big Brand. I am so grateful.

Picked up a screw in my tire driving through Santa Barabra for work and stopped by here looking for a tire repair kit; instead of that, they went ahead and just properly patched the tire for free. I ended up getting all four tires serviced, as well as the repair, all without spending anything at all.
