Thank you Big Brand Tires. Came in with a slow leaking tire and they fit me in in about ten minutes. Tire had a screw in it. There was no charge and they were fast, efficient, and friendly.

I had my car aligned. They did it quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitches you receive from so many car care places these days. I also purchased their 3 year alignment warranty for an extra $99 so I can get it checked and aligned regularly to keep my tires in the best shape possible.

They got me in at 8 AM the day after I called about an oil change. The work was done within an hour and a half, and they also gave me some wonderful options on tires for my truck. Many of my friends have recommended them for both tires and basic auto service.

I had an issue with my brakes squealing and sounding as if they were going out. I was towed here and they immediately looked for the issue. They were very professional, efficient and not condescending to me as many auto places are toward women. I will go back.

Top notch service! Stopped in last week, spoke to a nice guy about tire options for my RAV4. Because I was able to make an informed decision, I scheduled the appointment. I am very happy with my new tires! I noticed right away how well they handled the road. Thank you, Big Brand Tires in Penn Valley! PS They checked and found my alignment to be fine. I have a slow leaking tire that cannot be repaired which they checked for me at no charge and made an appointment for 2 days later because it was a Sunday. So we had to wait to order the tire for Monday after I'd gone in on a Saturday. Very good amount timing and they had enough air in my tire. It lasted me. I got there. They put on the new tire within a half an hour and everybody there have really good personalities and were very friendly.
