Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Phoenix, AZ 85051

I want to personally thank both Shawn’s for taking care of me and providing great customer service! The entire team at big brand rocks!

The service was out of this world

I appreciate how Shawn was able to fit me in today. I received excellent service and he explained everything to me. Thank you guys.

This is a great place for auto work. Very professional and speedy. I had a slow leak in my tire and they took care of it in no time at no cost. Make an appointment if you have any issues and chill in the cool break room.

I went in this morning first time at the shop to see why my tires are making Noise the staff is very nice and courteous. Very honest. Told me I just need some new tires. Very happy with the service that was provided.

I got my flat fixed here today such a wonderful place and extremely friendly people. I love taking my car here.

Excellent service! Would highly recommend to others!

I had a blow out on the freeway and needed a new tire. I got to the store shortly before it closed but they were still very professional and courteous. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly and I will be returning.

Comprehensive and excellent quality work at competitive prices with price matching, even. More often than not while applying their own promotional coupons i didnt know about. They're very knowledgeable and answer all my questions without an up-sell as a contingency. They oftentimes will even tell me good places to look for parts for cheap when its something that might need to be replaced soon. I appreciate their honesty and always have confidence in their work.

Great experience. The 2 Shawn's working up front are funny. The guys in the shop do great work. I'll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here.
