Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Los Angeles, CA 90045

This was my local tire shop but now it is a Big Brand Tire shop. Came in today just to get air in my tires. Used to be able to do it yourself, but the tech, Eduardo, took time to come over. He checked and filled all four tires to my specs. Stated they still fix flats for free! Really appreciated the customer service this tire shop offers in Westchester.

My tire gauge light came on snd I was hesitant to get on the freeway. I drove in, the technician checked all tires and showed me the screw he found. They fixed it and did not charge me. I would recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is what taking care of your local community looks like. I came into Big Brand Tire & Service in Westchester because my sedan had a flat tire. Jesse, the manager, helped me right away, and within a minute we were already outside looking at the tire. They got the car checked out within about 10–15 minutes and determined that the sidewall was damaged and the tire needed to be replaced. Brayahan at the front desk walked me through my options, including their Cascade tire. I mentioned that my other three tires were Bridgestone tires I had purchased from Costco only about seven months ago. Instead of just trying to sell me their tire, Brayahan actually helped me understand that I should check my Costco road hazard warranty first and encouraged me to do what made the most financial sense for me. I ended up calling Costco and found out that using my road hazard coverage was going to be the more affordable option. So I actually left Big Brand without buying a tire from them—and they were completely supportive of that. That says a lot about a business. They weren’t just trying to make a sale; they were trying to help me make the right decision. Jesse, Brayahan, and the entire crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and constantly multitasking. They told me it was one of their slower days, but even then, I was impressed by how quickly they took care of everything. I was in and out in roughly 30 minutes. They may not have made a sale from me today, but they earned a future customer. When it comes time for my next set of tires, I know where I’m going. Five stars. Appreciate you guys taking care of the local community. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say how great big brand tires on Manchester in Westchester is. They promised free flat repairs and I had a slow leak in one of the tires of my GMC Yukon. They were very friendly and courteous and fixed my flat for free. I highly recommend this business I’ve had other work done on my Yukon shocks and suspension work. They did an amazing job so I highly recommend this company.
