Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Phoenix, AZ 85027

I found my tire flat at work. AAA and insurance wouldnt cover so I came to Big Brand and they found the issue and fixed it so quickly. I'm a customer for life!

Five stars. I came in for a free tire rotation and got excellent, no-pressure customer service. They gave me a quote for a new set of four Cooper STT Pros in 37s that was six to seven hundred dollars cheaper than Discount Tire and Big O — and that price included a five-year warranty with road hazard coverage and a full tire replacement. The deductible is reasonable, and the whole package beats what the big chains offered. I'll be back.

Excellent service, less expensive than other mechanic shops, doesn’t try to sell me services I don’t need.

Well I'll be honest with you I never heard of this company until yesterday. I Did my research saw the great reviews and the pricing was pretty good on average of what you get from other companies maybe just a tap cheaper but they was able to get me in ASAP and not having to wait three or four days. Also Kelsey the service advisor who guided me through everything and was very pleasant, I really enjoy working with her. As a matter of fact I'm going to bring my wife's car by her next week to get it looked at. So yes I do recommend this location this company.
