Had a great experience from start to finish. Had 4 tires installed and alinement done. Emilio was friendly and helpful through out the process. I purchased a tire brand with a 80,000 mile warranty I’ve never heard of, but with confidence they will work out. Will keep posted. Thanks again, Ericka

Came in the store as walk-in because I scheduled at the wrong location. He still was able to take in my car to get my tire fixed. Had to wait an hour and half but it was worth the wait. Thank you. You guys are great!

Our Honda CRV had 4 new tires installed yesterday at another local tire shop only to drive home hearing a horrible rubbing sound after spending 3 HOURS getting them installed. This morning I showed up at Big Brand tires,who had done great work for me in years past. Chris greeted me in shop,I explained situation. He got right on it and troubleshooted whole brake assembly and determined,along with Emilio,that 3 of the 4 tires were balanced inappropriately and pulled old weights out after seeing horrible rub marks. Slapped new ounces in at appropriate spot on wheels, balanced again and set me on my way with a couple of handshakes.They wouldn’t charge me, just wanted to fix a wrong!!! Who does that now days? Everyone was very professional and courteous. They found the problem with my air leak in my tire, patched it up for free and had me on my way in no time.. Also recommended an oil change for me . I would recommend Big brand to anyone . And i will be back if i need any tires for my vehicle.
