My daughter had a tire blowout on her FJ Cruiser. We needed new tires on the FJ, the NoKian Tyres we liked for the FJ were about $200 more expensive than the Nexen tires that had a sale of buy 3 and get the fourth for free. Shahir and Isac helped close the gap by giving us a discount, and in the end, we did pay $100 more for the Nokian tyres, but those are the ones we really wanted. Thank you, Shahir and Isac, for working with us.

This happened at around 5 pm, the business was about to close, and they were nice enough to take care of the installation, and balancing on all 4 tires so my daughter could have her daily driver back that same day. Cesar is the man, he gave me options for tires and wasn’t pushy on selling the most expensive tires. Great pricing and great service will definitely return and refer to Cesar at this location

Tommy at the front desk helped me save $25 on a walk-in alignment service. On a Sunday morning with no appointment and people already in font of me I only waited about an hour. I think that is more than fair considering the circumstances. I would recommend Big Brand in Camarillo to anyone who needs their services.

Highly recommend the service at Big Band Camarillo. I took my truck in for an alignment and they squared me away, but I noticed after there was a strange noise coming from the back. These dudes offered to inspect the issue for free and we determined the truck is just OLD haha. Much appreciated and I’ll be back for tires when the time comes!
