Ball joints. Control arms. Sway bar links. Inert and pretty tire rod ends. Center link. Alignment and new tires. love these guys. And girl there at the 91st/ grand ave location. They get things done...

We have had two different vehicles worked on here. This team is very good. The prices are good and the work they do is awesome. Both vehicles gave them a bit of a hard time but they stuck with it and fixed them , they are working great now. We highly recommend Big Brands,they do great work and have a great team. I have been coming to this location for a couple years now and every time I’ve gone it’s always been great. I never feel like there charging me for things I don’t need or pushing me to do services. I don’t need. They’re very straight to the point. I got a flat tire today and called them to see if I had a warranty since I bought from them. After bringing it in, I found out that My tires were actually covered under warranty, so I only had to pay for labor, which is great. Upon getting in my car, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and so I went back in and asked for them to take a quick look at it again. After looking at a few things, they asked if I could leave the car there again so they could take a closer look. By the end of the day I went back and they had to recalibrate all of my sensors because when I hit the curb, I messed it all up. lol Anyways, the charge of the service was around $180 and they were super nice about it and we were able to apply some coupons so that I only ended up paying 100. Anyways, I definitely recommend this place.
