These guys were very thorough. I needed a tire-frame alignment, and they printed out a ‘before’ and later an ‘after’ diagram! Free alignment checks for the warranty (80k miles) duration. If tire ruptures too, it’s included in the warranty. Very reasonable prices. Location is very clean, places to sit. I’ll be back with my daughter’s Jeep. By the way, they already have great reviews so they don’t need me to write this. But, happy customer :)

Angelo is great! They took really good care of me and I had a great experience. It’s hard to find a mechanic you feel like you can trust, so I’m really glad I found these guys. Great service, great work, and I’m really happy with everything. Definitely recommend them!

I appreciate the convenience and the professionalism of the staff at Big Brand. I need a maintenance service and the checklist of needs were addressed on my Honda CRV. I was able to wait for the car with an appointment.

BBTS is a fabulous shop! Fair, open and clear pricing. No muss, no fuss service and a staff willing to go the extra mile to help you out. I was in a bind as both rear tires of our car were bald. One was flat and unrepairable. A local shop took advantage of me and quoted a price that was 35% higher than BBTS because they knew I was in a tight spot. David at BBTS worked to search locally and find me the tires I needed and get me in and out in the same day! My business will now go to them.
