Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Elizabethton, TN 37643

Friendly staff, we'll informed, shared knowledge with me on what he was doing

Today, I almost cried happy tears at the kindness I was shown! I spoke with someone on two separate occasions about the cost of tires, had brought the exact amount I was priced. Upon picking up, it was substantially more than what I was told and the man ringing me up was trying to figure out why. Come to find out, they had one tire there and ordered three from another store. When they gave me the cost over the phone, they had failed to realize the quote given was for just those 3 tires they were ordering. After adding an ongoing discount (on the three) the total was only for those three plus a discount. As I stood there with a handful of $5 bills (times are rough) and exactly the amount I was told, he was able to see it was his error that he hadn’t caught and honored that price. I would recommend them 10/10 times because they honor what they say and it’s hard to find businesses who stand by their word.

Fast, reliable service. Always friendly.

Great tire shop, quick service and friendly staff.

Quick in, Quick out. Friendly atmosphere.

Very friendly and speedy service.

Great service, very promp and professional.

Hayworth’s is the best tire shop in town. I highly recommend naming that location Hayworth’s Big Brand Tire, because no one in this area will call it anything but Hayworth’s as how long as it’s been a staple in the community. That way you’d at least associate BBT with an already established name. Food for thought.

Great people great business will be back

Always a good idea to let the pros take care of your vehicle. Best oil change in the tri cities.
