Every time I’ve walked into Big Brand Tire, no matter how busy they are, they definitely make you feel seen and heard. So many other places say “we’ll be right with you” and lose track of you somewhere in the process or don’t actually meet the need of why you’re there. If you come to this location, talk to Austin. He’ll get you going in the right direction and make sure every question is answered. He’ll even go out of his way to make sure his team looks for other things that may be a concern now or later on. Best customer service in town.

Visited this store for the first time for a flat tire issue. And these guys fixed it for absolutely free!!!. No questions asked. They took the car, fixed the flattire and also did some extra inspections and suggested some options. How cool are these people and god bless this business to grow even further. I highly highly recommend this store as the best store in Austin. Please do tip them and trust me, they deserve it. I will definitely be back to this store for any future tire replacements without any doubt. Thanks again.

Fast friendly and most importantly, honest. Went when the wait time was long(understandable because they are fixing flats for free!) So I went to NTB and was told I needed a new tire. Went back to Big Brand for a second opinion and they were able to fix the flat for free! I went to Houston and back on that repaired tire. No issues since. That was April of last year. When I get my new tires soon I’ll definitely get them at Big Brand. Honesty matters!

Luis was a major help in getting everything done that I needed done. He even checked to see if they could get my vehicle towed so I could get the services I needed. He stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process and give me wonderful recommendations. I have been a customer with them for a while and I will continue doing business with them.
